Being the President and Founder of Macon Building, Jim’s goal is to have Macon Enterprises provide all the tools necessary for an easy transition when corporations are building, renovating or acquiring new space. Jim has been in the business for over 30 years and was pivotal in the building of the Hard Rock Hotel in Daytona Florida, the Orlando Philharmonic in Orlando and the Symphony at Stuart Assisted Care. His philosophy in managing team members is have to help them find what they are good at, invite their participation, give them feedback, and treat them like you would want to be treated. When time allows, he enjoys snow skiing, going to Longboat Key and boating with his wife, Gina and his dog, Lilly.

He is effective in all aspects of the real estate decision process, advanced knowledge of various delivery methods, a detailed-oriented approach with strong communication skills, expertise in workplace strategy, design, team assembly, construction oversight, vendor management and relocation planning. Michael now calls the sunshine state of Florida his home. He enjoys the many sunny summer days. With his wife Maria and Son Zachary, he spends weekends on the beach, exploring Florida’s many tourist activities and generally enjoying summer activities year-round.

Ryan's career showcases success across various industries, including legal, BPO, and coworking. He has overseen large-scale projects, from build-outs and renovations to design standards and facilities programs, while demonstrating exceptional skill in capital planning and workplace strategy initiatives. As Macon Enterprises' VP of Operations, Ryan focuses on understanding clients' needs and collaborating to develop efficient, sustainable solutions. In his free time, Ryan enjoys traveling with his wife, Meredith, and daughter, Logan, discovering new destinations and experiences while also indulging in his passion for golf and sports.

Jimmy has grown up on construction sites. He has a keen eye for quality when completing a project, while keeping it clean during the process. He has adopted and implemented the construction software the team uses to track RFI’s, field reports, and daily pictures for all construction jobs. He also integrates all the accounting for national construction jobs. Jimmy has completed many multi-million-dollar hotels in Florida. He has also built-out several multi-million-dollar call centers, many over 60,000 sq ft shell space with crucial deadlines. Like his father, Jimmy has a lifelong love of boating and has a good knowledge of both Florida coasts. He also has a passion for travel which is handy for handling national accounts. His dog, Bruno has come to the office daily whether Jimmy is in town or not.
